STRUCTURAL REALIGNMENT

What is it?

Structural Realignment is a gentle, light-touch treatment to realign the spine, reduce strain in the body and strengthen the body's healing capacity. It is based on the techniques of Biomechanics and Bioengineering created by Dr. John Hurley and developed further by Dr. Russell Osborn ND, DC.

By realigning the ligaments attaching to the base of the spine, the spine and body are gradually realigned during rest. No direct manipulation of the spine is used.

With a plumbline, body structure is assessed and contact points for treatment are determined. The treatment takes place on a special table. Using the contact point, all tender points are deactivated while ligaments are realigned. Results are then checked, and recommendations given regarding rest, diet and exercise.
